This section contains all of the Karate Programs Broken Down into Belt Requirement Sections Yellow Belt Through Black Belt.
Contained within each section is the Techniques, Kata, Bunkai, and Self Defense needed to test for that rank. The sections all provide tutorial videos, demonstration videos, and descriptions on the curriculum.
The Yellow Belt Program is included in the Free Members Section as well as Premium Membership. This program contains the Basics of Karate and the first 3 Kata as well as basic self defense. A full tutorial video is provided with detailed instructions on beginning your Karate training.
Traditionally this ranking is broken up into 3 Belts, KuKyu, HachiKyu, and SeichiKyu. It has now been condensed for organization.
The Orange Belt Program is reserved for Premium Memberships Only and contains all of the required Karate techniques, Kata, Bunkai and self defense for achieving the Rank of Rokyu.

The Green Belt Program is reserved for Premium Memberships Only and contains all of the required Karate techniques, Kata, Bunkai and self defense for achieving the Rank of Gokyu.

The Blue Belt Program is reserved for Premium Memberships Only and contains all of the required Karate techniques, Kata, Bunkai and self defense for achieving the Rank of Gokyu.

The Brown Belt Level 1 Program is reserved for Premium Memberships Only and contains all of the required Karate techniques, Kata, Bunkai and self defense for achieving the Rank of Sankyu.

The Brown Belt Level 2 Program is reserved for Premium Memberships Only and contains all of the required Karate techniques, Kata, Bunkai and self defense for achieving the Rank of Niikyu.

The Brown Belt Level 3 Program is reserved for Premium Memberships Only and contains all of the required Karate techniques, Kata, Bunkai and self defense for achieving the Rank of Ikkyu.

The Black Belt Program is reserved for Premium Memberships Only and contains all of the required Karate techniques, Kata, Bunkai and self defense for achieving the Rank of Shodan.

Typically Shodan comes with a 6 month probationary period of Shodan Ho.
An additional section granting access to everything above Shodan can be unlocked by email request to honbu@nkkf.org
You must hold an active membership with us and have a Dan certificate issued by a registered Sensei to access any content beyond Shodan.

In this section you will find requirements, tutorial videos, and links to purchase, upload, & submit your test for evaluation.
Upload your Testing Requirements & Receive Grading.
Attention: You Must Upload Valid Current Rank Certification along with Testing Video Submission to Qualify for Ranking Test. If you Fail to do so, you will not complete your testing and a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
After Uploading & Submitting your Test :
Within 1 - 2 days you will receive an email from Headquarters with notes on your testing and pass/fail result. Should you not pass, you may correct any mistakes noted in your results email and you will be given a link to re upload a new test at no additional charge. (Please do not purchase a second time).
To take your test, please have requirements ready as you will perform each criteria in a 3 step turn and return fashion and conclude with the Kata performance.
Please include your name, email & address clearly at the purchase of your test in the notes section.
Upon successful Passing Grade, your Certificate will be queued for production/personalized and shipped from Japan.
